We accept returns on items within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in new, unused condition with original packaging intact.

  • The product has not been opened or used (unless there is a defect or damage upon arrival).

  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

  • Non-returnable items: Items such as personal care products, perfumes, and opened skincare products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How to Return an Item:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging (if available).

  3. Send the product back to the following address, along with your proof of purchase and return authorization number:

Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.

2. Refund Policy

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your order was part of a promotional offer, the value of the promotion will be adjusted accordingly in the refund amount.

3. Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. The item must meet the return criteria mentioned above. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and if the exchanged item is priced differently, you will either be issued a refund or charged the difference.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@easyxcity.xyz. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, it will fall under our standard return policy.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
